Product Specifications
Information when supplying artwork:
PDFS
We would prefer high resolution Adobe PDF files. We would like all PDF files in the 'High Quality Print' settings in InDesign, with that bleeds and crop marks.
Indesign
While we prefer a high resolution PDF, if you should need to send us editable files ensure you Preflight and Package your document prior to sending it to us, including a high resolution PDF.
Photoshop Files
Photoshop files should be saved as 300dpi CMYK PDF's at print size ensuring that allowance has been made for bleed.
JPegs
Optimum settings for JPEG files are 300dpi and CMYK at print size ensuring that allowance has been made for bleed. Files should be saved with minimum compression/maximum quality.
Illustrator
Please save documents as Adobe PDFs using the 'High Quality Print' setting, ensuring that bleeds and crop marks are added.
Folders
Folder templates can be downloaded from our website or we can supply these to you. Do not edit the EPS cutter guide. Doing so will incur a charge for a new cutter.
Bleed
All files require an additional 2 to 3 millimetres of image per edge of the document to allow for minor discrepancies when cutting the final print, this is known as bleed. We would recommend that you do not place any essential logos or text too close to the edge of the document.
Proofs
We can supply a PDF proof of your artwork, at your request. This may delay processing of your job.
Supplying Artwork
Your artwork can be sent to us digitally via email, or for large files, and click on the 'Send Artwork' button.
If you are posting us your work on disk, we suggest using Special Delivery to send us either a CD or DVD. You can also personally deliver the disk to our offices. Please ensure that you clearly label the disk.

Our business stationery options all printed in a choice of 4 colour process, 1 colour or 2 colour pantone on either single or both sides. All our Letterhead size is 297mm x 99mm and Compliment Slip size is 210mm x 99mm. If you have another size or shape please contact us for a bespoke quote.
We also have a full Graphic Design service we would be happy to design your business stationery. We offer an overnight and a same day delivery option, with local deliveries being free, please contact us for more information. You can also collect from our premises in Potters Bar..
