NCR BOOKS

NCR books are ideal for creating invoices, orders and delivery notes, they are the obvious choice.

NCR means “no carbon required”, and with our NCR books there is no need for a sheet of carbon copy paper between each page. This makes them much easier to use. No messing around with pages, simply complete the top copy and you'll have duplicate copies instantly.

You can order two part and three part pads, they can be customised with your logo, company name, strapline  and contact details in full colour digital print.

Our NCR books comprise 50 sets of NCR paper, glued at the top with a cardboard backing. Available in a range of sizes from A6 to A4, why not add black numbering.

Numbering will run sequentially from the first to the last book. e.g. Book 1: 1-50, Book 2: 51-101 and so on.  However, if you have a start number please let us know when ordering.

Artwork Guidelines

PDFS

We would prefer high resolution Adobe PDF files. We would like all PDF files in the 'High Quality Print' settings in InDesign, with that bleeds and crop marks.

Indesign

While we prefer a high resolution PDF, if you should need to send us editable files ensure you Preflight and Package your document prior to sending it to us, including a high resolution PDF.

Photoshop Files

Photoshop files should be saved as 300dpi CMYK PDF's at print size ensuring that allowance has been made for bleed.

Pegs

Optimum settings for JPEG files are 300dpi and CMYK at print size ensuring that allowance has been made for bleed. Files should be saved with minimum compression/maximum quality.

Illustrator

Please save documents as Adobe PDFs using the 'High Quality Print' setting, ensuring that bleeds and crop marks are added.

Bleed

All files require an additional 2 to 3 millimetres of image per edge of the document to allow for minor discrepancies when cutting the final print, this is known as bleed. We would recommend that you do not place any essential logos or text too close to the edge of the document.

Proofs

We can supply a PDF proof of your artwork, at your request. This may delay processing of your job.

Supplying Artwork

Your artwork can be sent to us digitally via email, or for large files, and click on the 'Send Artwork' button.

If you are posting us your work on USB stick, we suggest using Special Delivery. You can also personally deliver the USB to our offices. Please ensure that you clearly label the USB.
